The Systems Review is an assessment of how work, information, and decisions move through your business. It produces a current-state map, ranked opportunities, a target architecture, and a phased plan.
The consultation establishes the scope and fee before work begins. Build and ongoing operation are scoped separately from the Systems Review.
Mapping takes weeks rather than quarters. The agreed scope, access to relevant people, and availability of source material determine the schedule.
The engagement agreement defines the data in scope, approved services, access, retention, and deletion requirements before client material is collected. Specific infrastructure and controls are confirmed for that engagement.
Auxeon remains accountable for the work it agrees to deliver. The engagement defines human decision owners, approval thresholds, and the process for handling exceptions.
The signed agreement sets the notice period, handover deliverables, and treatment of client data at exit. Those terms are agreed before the work starts.
An inquiry starts a conversation about fit. Engagements begin under a signed agreement.
The findings define priorities, dependencies, and decision gates. Any build or managed service that follows has its own agreed scope.
